Amazon
The Amazon Neighborhood is nestled at, around and below where the Amazon headwaters pour from southern hills before they cross Eugene into the Willamette River.
Learn MoreChurchill / Southwest Hills
In Southwest Eugene you’ve got the Churchill neighborhood and the West Eugene Community Organization, their territory sprawling west from City View St., south to the hilly borders of Eugene itself, the east out to Green Hill Rd. and as far north at 1st Ave.
Learn MoreCrest Drive
All the neighborhoods in Eugene are great depositories of stories. For me, the stories of Crest Drive are those of childhood, blackberries and deer, peaceful summer days of tall grass and a gentle wind through sprawling oak savannah.
Learn MoreFairmount – Hendrick’s Park
Within the boundaries of Fairmount Neighbors you’ve got a lot of awesome houses and four lovely parks (Hendrick’s, Fairmount, Mission and Washburne), though the whole neighborhood is pleasantly park-ish.
Learn MoreFerry Street Bridge / Coburg Road
Ferry St. Bridge is a long-standing Eugene monument. Ferry St. isn’t an official Eugene neighborhood per se, nor is coburg Rd. but many people crossing the bridge consider themselves to either be out in the Ferry st. Bridge or Coburg Rd. neighborhoods.
Learn MoreFox Hollow
This southern-most Eugene neighborhood, consisting of parks, flats and hills is one of Eugene’s largest official neighborhoods, but Amazon neighborhood to the north is quite small.
Learn MoreFriendly
Friendly Neighborhood is one of those areas people ask for. Granted, many of Eugene’s neighborhoods share that honor, but when someone really loves the friendly neighborhood they’re often quite particular about landing … just … there.
Learn MoreHomes for Sale in College Hill
I love College Hill! You’d never guess it was named for the advent of “Columbia College,” located on 120 acres in that area back in 1856.
Learn MoreJefferson Westside
Jefferson Westside is just a hop and skip from our downtown offices at Oak and E Broadway. In fact, walk west for about 3-4 minutes and you’ll be entering the Jefferson/Westside neighborhood, known for it’s proximity to downtown and the Whiteaker neighborhood.
Learn MoreRiver Road
The varied pocket-neighborhoods of River Rd. are special. From Chambers Street cross the tracks to the north and you land on River Rd.
Learn MoreSouth Hills / Spring Blvd
One of Eugene’s nicest pocket neighborhoods, it seems they keep filling this area above Lane Community College and 30th Boulevard with new, quality construction.
Learn MoreUniversity
The University has a couple of official neighborhoods, one called West and one called South University Neighborhood. All-in-all they wrap campus up with commercial and residential zones, stretching south from Franklin Boulevard all the way to 24th Ave., and more-or-less from the area around High Street east over to Agate Street.
Learn MoreWhiteaker
Live there, play there, work there. Whiteaker is growing quickly and I’d see values in this neighborhood going up in the future, nationwide brewery and beer-maps putting a gold star in that location, the proving grounds for bubbling hops and eccentric barley, the mainstays of our country’s trendy, mass-consumed libations.
